We specialise in producing special commissioned collaborative events. Highlights include:

  • “Mad Jazz” - Screening of the Mad Max film with live reinterpreted jazz/afrobeat soundtrack by The Shaolin Afronauts (first premiered at Stonnington Jazz, followed by showing Adelaide Festival)

  • “Songs of 3056” - Collaborative show highlighting songwriters from the 3056 postcode for the 30 Year Anniversary of Brunswick Music Festival. Featuring SPIRE ensemble, Kylie Auldist, Simon Burke, Sal Kimber and Thando.

  • “Pieces of a Man: The Songs of Gil Scott-Heron” New commissioned show creating new interpretations of GSH repertoire ft Vince Jones, N’fa Jones, Hailey Cramer and more.

  • “Masta Ace” - Special collaboration between US Hip Hop legend Masta Ace with local musicians including Christian Barbieri, Audrey Powne and more premiered Brunswick Music Festival.

  • “Jazz in Colour” - Special one-off collaboration between Swooping Duck (Hiatus Kaiyote Rhythm Section) with projection artist Zero Crossing.
